High-Speed Thermal Transfer Overprinter for Reliable, High-Quality Coding
The Videojet DataFlex® 6530 is a high-speed Thermal Transfer Over printer (TTO) designed to deliver reliable, consistent and high-quality coding on flexible packaging materials. Built for demanding production environments, the 6530 combines high printing speeds, airless all-electronic operation, intelligent ribbon management and built-in code quality assurance to help manufacturers improve productivity while reducing waste, rework and downtime.
The 6530 is designed to support both intermittent and continuous-motion applications and is particularly suited to high-speed packaging applications such as Vertical Form Fill and Seal(VFFS).
It is available with two printhead widths:
53 mm – featuring built-in Videojet iAssure™ code quality checking
107 mm – an industry-first airless 107 mm TTO printhead designed for wider coding requirements
Depending on the configuration, the 6530 can achieve printing speeds of up to 1,000
mm/second and estimated throughputs of up to 700 prints per minute.
Actual performance is application- and substrate-dependent.

Two Printhead Width Options
53 mm Printhead
The 53 mm version provides a maximum print width of 53 mm and incorporates Videojet iAssure™
technology, a built-in code quality checker designed to help identify potential print-quality issues
and reduce waste and rework.
107 mm Printhead
The 107 mm version provides a maximum print width of 107 mm and is designed for applications
requiring wider print areas.
It is an airless 107 mm TTO solution, eliminating the need for compressed air and helping simplify
installation and operation.
