DAQ Module

The 85XX+ is a versatile industrial scanner and data acquisition system designed to monitor, protect, control, communicate, and record process data from multiple field devices. It supports up to 24 universal analog input channels and has a modular design that allows different combinations of analog, digital, relay, and output modules depending on the application.

The unit can be used for applications such as motor and generator monitoring, transformer and substation monitoring, asset monitoring, compressor and pump monitoring, and remote I/O applications.

Configuration and monitoring are handled through the mSCAN+ software, allowing users to configure devices, view real-time data, manage alarm and trip settings, retrieve logged information, and generate reports.

With multiple communication options—including RS485, Ethernet, Profibus-DP, Profinet, and EtherNet/IP—the 85XX+ can integrate with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial networks. Its configurable alarm, trip, relay, and control functions make it suitable for demanding industrial automation and protection applications.
