TC5396 and TC5348 PID Controllers

The Masibus TC5396 and TC5348 PID Controllers are designed to deliver reliable and advanced process control at a competitive cost. They feature a large, bright LED display, including a 10-segment bar graph for monitoring the manipulated value, making process information easy to read.

With a universal input, these controllers can work with various thermocouples, RTDs, current, and voltage signals. They offer multiple control options, including On/Off, PID, Auto-Tune PID, and valve position control. Manual operation is also available whenever direct operator control is required.

The controllers provide flexible output configurations using relay, SSR, and optional analog outputs. Their relay outputs can be configured for control, auxiliary functions, or alarms, with up to 15 different alarm modes available.

Optional RS-485 Modbus communication allows access to parameters for monitoring and integration, while retransmission outputs can be used for recording and data logging. The controllers are also easy to configure, password-protected, and allow frequently used parameters to be grouped for quick access.
