UT-94 – Universal Transmitter & Alarm/Trip Module
The Masibus UT-94 is a versatile 4-wire universal transmitter designed to convert and isolate a wide variety of process signals into standard outputs suitable for industrial automation and control systems. Its advanced isolation helps protect connected equipment from ground loops, voltage differences, spikes, and unwanted interference.
The transmitter supports multiple input types, including RTD, thermocouple, mV, voltage, current, and resistance signals. It can also provide power to field transmitters for 4–20 mA input applications. With its high accuracy and stable performance, the UT-94 is suitable for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
A built-in 4-digit digital display makes process monitoring, configuration, and calibration simple. The unit can offer up to two retransmission outputs, while optional features include two relay outputs for alarm/trip functions and RS485 communication with Modbus RTU protocol. It also includes useful functions such as digital filtering, password protection, input/output protection, and square-root extraction.
The compact DIN rail-mounted design makes it easy to install in control panels and automation systems. Typical applications include industrial process control, factory automation, SCADA, data acquisition systems, heat treatment furnaces, reheat furnaces, ceramic kilns, the glass industry, and water and wastewater control.
