The NIR-Borescope-640 (NIR-B-640) is a short-wavelength infrared radiometric borescope designed for continuous, high-accuracy temperature measurement in demanding hightemperature environments.
It provides high-resolution thermal imaging with accurate temperature measurement from 600°C to 2000°C, delivering reliable readings across a wide temperature range.
With advanced near-infrared spectral filtering, the system produces clear images even through furnace gases, smoke, and other challenging conditions. Temperature data can be recorded, stored, and analyzed for long-term process monitoring and optimization.
The wide-angle field of view (44° or 90°) enables multiple areas to be monitored and measured simultaneously. Real-time thermal imaging allows operators to identify hot spots, cold areas, flame issues, and uneven heating directly from the control room.
Integrated IMAGEPro software supports thermal image analysis, process trending, and performance monitoring, helping improve furnace operation, safety, and efficiency.
The NIR-Borescope-640 is available with different viewing configurations to provide effective coverage at varying distances. Its wide field of view allows operators to monitor larger furnace areas and obtain accurate temperature readings from multiple locations simultaneously.
High-Performance Water Cooling: Maintains safe operating temperatures with low water flow. Mounting Options: Multiple configurations allow easy installation. Thermocouple Tip: Alerts operators when probe temperatures become excessive. Viewing Angle: 90° / 44° options provide wide thermal coverage and multiple measurement areas.
