SPOT+ AL Pyrometer
SPOT+ AL is a highly accurate digital pyrometer designed specifically for measuring aluminium temperatures in demanding processes such as extrusion, quenching, strip processing, forming, forging, and liquid aluminium applications.
Using advanced data-processing algorithms, it provides stable and precise readings even on aluminium surfaces with low or changing emissivity. Different temperature ranges and measurement modes are available to suit specific aluminium processes.
The pyrometer can be easily integrated with existing control systems through Ethernet, Modbus TCP, analogue and alarm outputs. A built-in video camera and remote web access allow users to view the process, adjust focus, and configure settings locally or remotely.
With 15 ms response time and fully focusable optics, SPOT+ AL delivers reliable measurements on demanding applications, helping optimize production speed, improve product quality, and reduce scrap.
Software Support
SPOTPro provides centralized configuration, monitoring, and data logging for multiple SPOT pyrometers and actuators, with logging rates of up to 1 ms and automatic event triggers.
IMAGEPro combines temperature and thermal imaging data, allowing users to monitor, record, and analyze process images and temperature measurements. It also supports functions such as background temperature, emissivity, and dirty-window compensation.
